This is because all orders are pre-processed & logged upon confirmation. If an error is made on our end we will fix it.
No refunds, returns, or size changes once the item is shipped. If you receive the wrong size or product, we’ll replace it for free. We’re not responsible for lost or damaged packages; contact USPS or UPS for assistance.
FALSE CHARGEBACKS
If we suspect a false chargeback, we’ll inform Shopify that you falsely claimed non-receipt. In such cases, a $100 fraud fee will be applied. Choose wisely.
Shipping Policy
Pre-made items ship within 1-4 business days. And actual shipping depends on location. For Pre-orders, production and shipping may take 3-4 weeks. This supports small businesses and prevents overloading on unsold items. Your patience is appreciated!
